PROPERTY of DESIGN is the web-based graphic design portfolio of Tin-Ho Chow. I am a multi-disiplinary designer educated in Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). I have done professional work in Providence, Rhode Island of United States; Singapore and Hong Kong.
